How to Make Coffee (HTMC) to Coffeehouse Favourites

It has been decided to change the name of one of Starbucks most
prolific core cards from How To Make Coffee (HTMC) to Coffeehouse
Favourites. This is because the intention of the site is to name cards as closely
as possible to the official Starbucks name, which in the case of this
card is printed on the box as Coffeehouse Favourites (see photo
below).

The card has been known for some time by both names, and the reason
that the HTMC name was initially given is that the first appearance of
the design was in Japan where a mini version was given to delegates
attending a seminar organized by Starbucks on .... how to make coffee!
At that time it was not known that the design was going to be a
generic core card, and apparently some Japanese dealers made the
obvious connection and named it How To Make Coffee when listing on
eBay etc.
